Hiway Pentecostal Church is seeking:
A Lead pastor who is spiritually mature, deeply
rooted in the Word of God, and led by the Holy Spirit.
This individual should feel a strong calling from God to partner with us in this new season of ministry.
The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual oversight and leadership, guiding the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.
This role involves collaborating with the church board and staff team, providing overall executive and pastoral leadership to ensure the growth and health of Hiway Pentecostal Church.
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Education: Masters Level theological preferred, consideration given to candidates with a minimum of a diploma/ degree in Biblical studies. See full job description for further details.
