2025 Leadership Coaching Training (Level 1)
Level I is a 7-week interactive coaching course (which requires a commitment of 2-3 hours per week plus a 2-day in-person workshop) based on the book Leadership Coaching and companion audio demos.
Each week you’ll read about a new coaching skill in the book like listening, asking powerful questions, converting ideas to action steps, and more. Next, you’ll listen in as a master coach trainer demonstrates that skill in your audio links. Finally, you’ll participate in a weekly online session to discuss and apply each technique. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your skills with realistic application exercises and get a chance to try out your new skills with another class member in peer practice sessions.
