JOB DESCRIPTION HIGHLIGHTS:
The Lead Pastor of Broadway Church in Orangeville should be an individual who has heard the call of God on their life and the life of their family to serve in ministry and lead Broadway Church into the future with a Spirit filled vision, have discernment to the voice of God, prayer and humility.
The Pastor will be prayer focused, a faithful teacher of the Bible with the engaging ability to relate to a congregation of different ethnic and generational backgrounds.
The Pastor will take on the leadership of coaching staff and the church leadership in their ministry development, with the vision to inspire hope and
change lives in Orangeville and the surrounding communities and Missions supported by Broadway Church.
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Theology or related field
Credentials: Active PAOC credentials

Our Story
Orangeville Pentecostal Church was established approximately 93 years ago and we are presently in our fourth location. Our church was totally renovated and re-structured about 10 years ago and has an official seating capacity of about 600 people, so we have room to grow.
Ministries
We have a multi-faceted ministry in our church that meets the needs of the various components of our congregation, from children through to our senior’s ministry.

Demographics
We are located in the town of Orangeville about an hour north west of downtown Toronto. Even though we are near Toronto, we still have a small-town feel. We have a multi-cultural and multi-generational congregation who love God and his people. We are a community minded church that also has a strong mission outreach supporting missionaries in various locations. We are a people who believe that we must be disciples who make disciples. We are a medium size church (about 225 people)
